Work sucks. I have had it with employees at work. We have this one, biggest damn attitude you've ever experienced. She thinks she's entitled to everything and everyone should do her work for her. She refuses to listen to the managers and seems to have a special grudge against me. She rolls her eyes when she's told to get stock or take out garbage. She had a hissy fit today and called the boss complaining about me. She was especially pissed off when I gave my front counter person a new till when she went into it, which is a no-no regardless of if she has permission or not. I talked to the boss, then sent her down to our main store to talk to him in person. She was gone for a hour and a half. When she had been gone a half and hour the boss phoned me and said she was on her way back. Let me tell you it takes 5 minutes to drive across town, not a hour. When he called me back he went on and on about how we need to give her a break and need to communicate with her better because she is stressed out being a single mom and having all kinds of problems at home.

You know what, I DON'T CARE ANYMORE!!!!!!

Her 20 year old son is living with her not paying rent, buying any groceries or lifting a finger to clean the house. Only today he got a job as a seasonal worker at Wal-Mart, and since he couldn't cut it working for our McDonald's last year, we'll see how long he lasts at WM. I have about as much sypathy for her now as I do anyone who runs with the bulls. Their stupid decisions should not become a burden to anyone else. Suck it up!

I'm not the only one sick of walking on egg shells around her. Our only good day shift employee (out of three) is completely fed up with the bullshit and being talked about behind her back. Just because she does what she is asked without bitching about it does not make her a brown-noser. She is ready to quit. And if she goes, I'm going.
